It's literally a train station, what more can you ask.

im disabled and I couldn't get on the train because it wasn't there. The staff are very racist because they saw me even though I identify as invisible.

Much of the station fenced off for months under the guise of construction. Little evidence of progress seen in months. Facilities scant even before. Many areas just grotty and starting to look neglected. Very little staff presence except for checking tickets. Bus services infrequent after peak hours. Access to the shopping centre on the northwestern side os cut off so have to go the long way around and up via the south eastern exits. At least the uber drivers can find the pickup zone when you call them.

Pretty good location, has a little kiosk where you can get some food and drinks including hot-chocolates, trains aren't loud and its very easy to access.

Enjoyed free parking when parked at 5pm, took a train to the city and returned at 10/11pm. Parking lot and station itself well lit, many transit officers /guards in attendance, at the entrance, concourse and on the train itself. Done this several times. Felt safe every time
