Good station. Has a amenities such as toilets etc although they could be cleaner. This station pretty much services all those who commute from our NE corridor to the city.. So very necessary.Security presence is always visible but carpark gets shady at dark especially if you’re further away from the actual station itself.

The original station opened in 1910 with the new station opening in 2004 as part of the building better stations project it has one of the only and best bus interchanges on the midland line serving routes 341, 342, 955, 353 and special events bus 654 to Optus stadium

Probably the safest station in WA, bar the Perth station, for the sole fact that after 9pm all the transits get off the train here so they don't have to go through the rest of the no man's land that is the Midland line, saving their kidneys in the process.1/5 stars cause it connects the civilised parts of Perth to Ellenbrook

Nice looking station with toilets but could use and escalator, especially as it's a busy train station. Concourse is a bit elaborate too, could have been built for better convenience.

Bassendean the main centre of the stations in the Midland line, lots of parking, guards always be there, and one of the most glamorous and representative suburbs in WA.

Great train/bus station that has guards, toilets, lifts, heaps of parking and many other facilities. Overall perhaps the best train/bus station on the whole Perth network!

Was originally named after two early settler families in the area, Bass and Dean. The name started as Bass and Dean"

Clean and easy to navigate. Lots of parking. Almost always guards there when I'm traveling. Lifts to and from the platform which is good for those who can't take stairs because there's a lot of stairs.

Bassendean is one of the nicer more modern stations on the Midland line. Staff are always helpful.
