I initially came here with my prospective butler, Henry. Imagine my surprise when I discovered this establishment was not in fact a training station for butlers, but a station for trains in the suburb of Butler.Extreme embarrassment aside, myself and Henry managed to find our way to the correct establishment by travelling further down the so called clarkson line". He is now an upstanding member of my personal staff.Ok Henry that's all I wanted to say

Nice station, very simple to use. Also someone there to help and make you feel safe if your returning from a late night in the city. Well light and plenty of parking.

Fast clean efficient train service, with a great weekend deal for two and all day travel for only $10. We used it to run the line out to Freemantle and then up to Butler and back to Perth.

Why I love 1st world cities, especially when they are govern well. Service is good and it works! And people in that space are friendly. Amazing. We don't get that in Zoolooland... not much.

When u call Transperth to tell them that u have had an issue with THEIR parking ticket machine not tagging your vehicle on for parking that day .... and u get told that they cannot make a note on the system that recognises you tried to do the decent thing (because u didn’t want to leave your vehicle without a valid ticket..... given that your account has $60+ in credit to use)..... and Transperth tell u that if you do get a parking ticket .... you will have to pay it!That’s customer service at its best hey!!Butler train station is like a ghost town for personnel to help.... so be prepared to miss the train u needed (unless u allow extra time to cater for problems you cannot predict!).Get your act together Transperth! Customers PAY to use this service..... treat us like a customer .... not an inconvenience!

Transperth fined me $180 and suspended my drivers license when I f first got my smart rider because I couldn't tell if the parking machine I swiped 6 times had worked. Don't bother trying to dispute your infringement the director has small man syndrome and it takes 20 days for them to respond. Perfect example of some of the backwards thinking in W.A government. They could easily have taken the $2 off my not so smart rider. Can't believe they wasted $31million on this system. Guess they're trying to get there cash back.
