State of the art facility loads of room for development which I really hope they do high rise on overall still feels like it opened yesterday even though it is almost 4 months old at the time of re writing this

Excellent idea, terrible execution. The train station is stuck out in the middle of nowhere. The, at least, half a kilometre walk from the undercover parking is ridiculous and demonstrates very poor planning. As an elderly person, having to walk that distance along with suitcases, possibly in the rain is just crazy. There doesn’t even appear to any option for dropping people off to minimise the discomfort. Then at the airport end, if that is your destination, the same distance, if not more applies. This was a good idea, but poorly planned. Compare this with other integrated transport systems in other countries and this falls well short.

Short term parking is a joke. Coming from High Wycombe one has to drive past the station and then do a u-turn in the fields to get to the short parking bays.

The parking is let down. Nice big car park but allow 6-8 minutes to walk from the car to the train (in the rain or the heat).You may like to consider driving directly to your destination to save that waste of time.Also you cannot pay for parking unless you have a SmartRider card. You have to buy one from a newsagent or somewhere in advance.The station itself is nice, spacious, and new.

Nice and new and clean but the signage is a joke. Coming from Forrestfield there is zero signage to direct you. If you didn’t already know it was there you’d have no idea. Put some signs up!!

Beautifully aesthetic and functional design, but can never seem to manage the digital signs to sync, as you sprint down the stairs to make the train which displays leaves in 2 minutes at entrance only to get down next to train and have their signage say that the train sitting there leaves in 10...! ALWAYS!(side suggestion, as drivers will scold you for trying to be dropped off anywhere close to the station, it would be MUCH APPRECIATED by all to have signage to alert any drivers how to access the drop off area on approach, as have only just found out the backstreet zig zag required to access this after never having a cab, uber or mysef able to find out an alternative to the bus access driveway.

Excellent service of public transport to and from the station. It's got Solar panels all over to cover majority electricity use for emission reductions. Truely world-class!

The best station I have ever used: clean toilets, modern design, served by modern trains. 11/10

It feels like a strange spot for a train station with so many facilities but I'm sure as it gets more built-up in this area and the line expands that this station will pay off. There are also excellent views of the trains from overhead and the nearby train yard from the upper area! I'm sure younger children would love that!

Why would you so shittily setup the drop off pick up zone so it is only accessible coming in one way, the way from...oh, nowhere!!. I wish good luck to the residents you have condemned to an eternity of cars turning around on their driveway.
